A company is looking for a Corporate Vice President, Finance, Individual Disability Insurance Valuation Actuary.
Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain valuation models and related tools Calculate active life and disabled life reserves, establishing procedures for other reserves Collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate reserve information and generate management reports
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field 6+ years of actuarial experience, preferably in insurance or financial services Actuarial credentials required; FSA preferred Familiarity with U.S. Statutory financial reporting related to morbidity products
Experience with Prophet actuarial modeling software is a plus
