Key job responsibilities- Partner with marketing operations leadership to provide strategic financial guidance, build comprehensive budgeting frameworks, and assess return on investment for various marketing initiatives
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models and reporting systems that track performance metrics, headcount planning, and budget utilization to drive data‑informed decision making
- Lead cross‑functional automation and AI projects that enhance financial reporting capabilities and drive productivity improvements across the marketing organization
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to solve complex business challenges, delivering actionable insights that influence strategic direction and resource allocation
- Research and analyze financial, operational, and technical details to develop comprehensive business insights and effectively represent financial perspective in executive discussions
Your typical day involves collaborating closely with the marketing operations team to address strategic financial questions and provide analytical support. You'll build and refine high‑quality reporting dashboards, prepare for and participate in cross‑business reviews (xBRs), and respond to ad‑hoc analysis requests from stakeholders. Throughout the day, you'll track budgets against plans, identify variances, and recommend course corrections. You'll also have opportunities to research and implement AI‑driven solutions that enhance your team's financial planning capabilities.

Basic Qualifications- Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence
- 4+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- 4+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
- 4+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of quantitative role (engineering, process re‑engineering, quality assurance) experience
- 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- Experience working with large‑scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
