Aboutthe Role
At Twitch, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) partners with key stakeholders across the business to guide financial decisions and deliver actionable insights that shape the company’s growth. We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team, reporting to the Director of Corp FP&A. In this role, you will help drive visibility into Twitch’s financial performance, support strategic initiatives, and develop data‑driven recommendations that influence key business outcomes.
You will work closely with cross‑functional partners including Marketing, Finance, Customer Trust, and Product teams to support forecasting, reporting, and financial modeling processes. You will design and enhance reporting, build new models, and streamline processes by leveraging automation and internal AI tools to enable more effective decision‑making.
Your analysis and insights will directly inform decisions made by the CFO and executive leadership team. If you are passionate about uncovering insights that drive business growth and improve financial outcomes, this role is for you.

Business Partnering: serve as a Financial partner to Marketing, Customer Trust, and UX Design organizations to support all forecasting and performance reporting activities
Business Analysis:
Maintain dashboards, track key metrics and provide actionable insights through effective analysis of financial and operational dataFinancial Modeling:
Assist in building ad‑hoc financial models for scenario planning and analysisAnnual Planning:
Support the annual planning and budgeting process, including data gathering, analysis, and coordination across departmentsFinancial Reporting:
Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reportsExecutive Presentations:
Create presentations that distill complex financial data into clear, concise charts and tables for senior leadership

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science), or Bachelor's degree
3+ years experience in finance, ideally with experience in FP&A at a public company
Ability to recognize and implement process improvements and build scalable solutions
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
High standards of quality, accuracy, and fidelity
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Confidence working with all levels of management
Intermediate SQL Experience
Experience in financial modeling and forecasting, with exposure to SaaS sales and marketing metrics (e.g., LTV, CAC)
Experience with Corp FP&A functions, and know‑how for leveraging Finance Applications (TM1, OFA, Hyperion, etc) in analysis
Experience in leading continuous improvement projects with measurable results
