Finance Manager, US BEATS Finance

The US Business, Electronics, Automotive, and Technology Solutions (BEATS) organization seeks a Finance Manager to partner with the category leader and influence strategic decisions in a multi‑billion‑dollar business. This highly visible role requires strong controllership, thought leadership, sound business judgment, and collaboration across the Stores organization.

We look for a self‑starter with effective business partnership experience, proven project‑management skills, deep financial analysis, and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies for operations, merchandising, advertising, and marketing teams.

• Business Partnership & Strategic Advisory – Serve as a Finance partner with management, influencing decisions through data‑driven analysis, modeling, and presentation of recommended actions.
• Financial Planning & Analysis – Manage annual planning and quarterly budgeting, providing accurate forecasts and coordinating with global stakeholders on operating plans and business reviews.
• Financial Reporting & Modeling – Perform financial reporting, ad‑hoc analyses, and complex modeling (Excel) to drive revenue growth, identify improvements, and assess investment ROI/NPV.
• Business Reviews & Stakeholder Management – Facilitate reviews with cross‑functional teams, ensuring effective controllership, cost management, and actionable follow‑up.
• Process Improvement & Innovation – Identify automation opportunities, working with data providers and technology teams to improve data timeliness, accuracy, and efficiency.

• 5+ years’ experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
• 5+ years of applying key financial performance indicators to analyses
• 5+ years building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform decision‑making
• 5+ years creating process improvements with automation and analysis

• MBA or CPA
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL and experience with large‑scale data mining and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos)
• Experience with financial systems such as Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards
• Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and interpreting results
