Overview
Zurich North America is hiring a Premium Audit Auditor II. We are open to hiring talent in one of the following states remotely: CA, OR, WA, , NV, UT, AZ, or NM.
Responsibilities- Plan, organize and manage assigned workload and territory.
- Provide timely and accurate service to the insured, agents, and internal business partners for the completion of the audit process on moderately complex risks.
- Provide information and feedback as needed to enhance the flow of communication and comfort level of internal and external customers.
- Ensure that audited exposures are accurately calculated.
- Resolve potential disputes or questions that arise from the auditing function.
- May assist in the training process for new auditors.
- Provide technical advice that enables a customer to solve a problem or improve business.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Anticipate customer needs and provide feedback on trends in order to recommend changes.
- Escalate technical issues within the function or unit.
- Listen and understand needs, provide feedback for improvements to processes, customer service or products.
- Participate in short-term defined scope projects.
- Bachelor’s Degree and 5 or more years in the Casualty Premium Audit area OR
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 7 or more years of experience in the Casualty Premium Audit area OR
- Zurich approved Apprenticeship Program including an Associate Degree and 5 or more years of experience in the Casualty Premium Audit area
- Experience with laptop computer auditing and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of NCCI Workers Compensation and ISO General Liability rules, manuals and industry practices
- APA
- CPCU
- Large, multi-state premium audit experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
At Zurich, compensation for roles is influenced by a variety of factors, including location, role, skill set, and experience. Zurich commits to providing a fair and reasonable compensation range for each role. The nationwide market range is $64,600.00 - $, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility at 10%.
