A nationally recognized, independent wealth advisory firm is seeking a Senior Family Advisor to serve as a trusted partner to a select group of ultra-high-net-worth families and entrepreneurs. This individual will lead complex relationships that span investment strategy, estate and tax coordination, liquidity event planning, and multigenerational legacy work.

The firm offers an integrated suite of services—including investment management, cash-flow and tax planning, estate and trust coordination, philanthropic strategy, and family governance—delivered through a cohesive team model.
Clients typically have $10M+ in investable assets and turn to the firm for clarity, simplification, and long-term stewardship of their wealth.
Role OverviewAs Senior Family Advisor, you will:
- Serve as the primary relationship lead for a select portfolio of complex, multi-entity client families.
- Develop and implement sophisticated strategies across wealth enhancement, transfer, protection, and philanthropy.
- Coordinate with internal specialists in investments, advanced planning, and client service to ensure flawless execution.
- Partner with clients’ attorneys, accountants, and insurance professionals to create alignment across all aspects of their financial life.
- Lead the preparation and delivery of financial plans, cash-flow models, and review presentations.
- Mentor and collaborate with associate advisors to build depth and continuity within the advisory team.
- Contribute to firm-wide initiatives that enhance the client experience and operational excellence.
- 8–10+ years of client-facing experience advising UHNW or multigenerational families within a family office, RIA, or private bank environment.
- Series 65 (or equivalent) license required.
- Demonstrated success managing relationships through complex planning scenarios such as business sales, concentrated positions, and philanthropic or estate transitions.
- Advanced understanding of estate, tax, and charitable planning strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an ability to translate complexity into clarity.
- High integrity, sound judgment, and a consultative, empathetic approach.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Orion, or eMoney is a plus.
