Multifamily Debt Analyst

Job Summary This position focuses exclusively on the placement of debt and/or equity for commercial real estate transactions. Debt Analysts have the opportunity to engage in every phase of a transaction, including underwriting, market research, property tours, preparation of offering memorandums, marketing and term sheet negotiation, closing, and client meetings and events. This role operates in a high-energy, team-focused environment that provides excellent learning and growth opportunities in commercial real estate capital markets.

Main Responsibilities Demonstrate technical proficiency with databases to identify relevant data for market trend analysis and preparation of client presentations

Experience Required 1-3 years of experience in a financial analysis environment; mortgage banking or commercial real estate industry experience preferred Self-motivated with strong team orientation and excellent time management skills to manage multiple deadlines

Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, quantitative, writing, and communication abilities Demonstrated ability to communicate analytical and marketing data effectively in written format Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach

Education Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
