Are you a strategic financial wizard ready to drive insights across Prime Video, Amazon Music, Twitch, Audible, and Amazon Games? We are seeking a dynamic Finance Manager who will transform complex financial data into compelling business narratives that shape leadership decisions.

• Develop comprehensive financial models and conduct strategic analyses that illuminate business performance and potential growth opportunities
• Manage and report on headcount and operating expenses with precision and insight
• Collaborate with business and finance leaders to deliver nuanced financial recommendations
• Create ad-hoc analyses that provide clear, actionable insights for senior leadership

Your day will be a blend of strategic analysis, collaborative problem‑solving, and financial storytelling. You’ll dive deep into financial models, uncover hidden business opportunities, and translate intricate numerical landscapes into clear, actionable recommendations that drive our global entertainment ecosystem forward.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• 4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
• 6+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision‑making experience
• 4+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
• 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
• 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits)
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL
• Experience working with large‑scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos)
• Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results
• MBA, CPA, or equivalent advanced qualification (preferred)

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
