A leading financial services firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser to independently appraise properties for various purposes including dispute resolution and mortgage underwriting. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, a Certified General Appraiser License, and 3-6 years of experience in commercial appraising. Responsibilities include preparing detailed reports, conducting appraisals, and engaging with clients. A strong understanding of valuation concepts and proficiency in Argus is required.

Salary is between $49,000 and $50,000 annually.
