Finance Operations Specialist

ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Finance Operations Specialist to support our premier client’s Ads Supply Tech team in financial operations across two closely aligned organizations within the Ads ecosystem. This role plays a critical part in enabling advertising supply teams by supporting billing, accounting, and financial close activities while partnering closely with Finance, Accounting, and Ads stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in billing and accounts receivable, hands‑on Quick Books and Excel experience, and excellent customer‑facing communication skills.

This role requires comfort working in a fast‑paced, highly cross‑functional environment that supports product publishing, promotion, and supply‑related financial processes.

• Support day‑to‑day finance operations for the Ads Supply Tech organization
• Assist the Finance and Accounting teams with billing, reconciliations, and close activities
• Manage customer billing (Accounts Receivable) processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Support month‑end and period‑end close activities, including reporting and validation
• Maintain accurate financial records in Quick Books

• Partner with Ads teams responsible for publishing and promoting advertising products
• Support supply‑related financial activities, including supply tax considerations
• Act as a finance point of contact for Ads stakeholders, helping resolve billing or finance‑related questions

• Use Excel to support financial analysis, reconciliations, and reporting
• Track billing status, variances, and exceptions, escalating issues as needed
• Ensure financial data accuracy across systems and reports
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal customers and cross‑functional partners
• Respond to billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies efficiently
• Provide strong customer service while maintaining financial controls and compliance

• Experience supporting billing, accounts receivable, or finance operations
• Hands‑on experience using Quick Books
• Strong Excel skills (reconciliations, tracking, basic analysis)
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Experience supporting Ads, media, or technology teams
• Exposure to supply, tax, or revenue‑related finance processes
• Prior experience partnering with Finance and Accounting teams in a large organization
