As the Interim Controller
, you will serve as the accounting backbone of the organization—owning core financial operations from payroll to month‑end close. This role is ideal for a seasoned, detail‑oriented professional who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, stepping into a complex environment, and stabilizing processes while contributing to meaningful, impactful work. • Recording payroll in ADP and managing all 401(k) contributions
• Allocating gross pay to jobs and ensuring accurate job costing
• Performing reconciliations for checking, savings, and related accounts
• Leading month‑end close and preparing monthly financial statements

This is a highly visible role with opportunities to collaborate cross‑functionally and influence daily financial operations. The Interim Controller will work closely with project teams, operations, and executives to ensure financial information is accurate, timely, and strategically useful.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required)
• Leadership experience in accounting, ideally within project‑driven industries
• Strong skills in payroll (ADP), job costing, reconciliations, and month‑end close
• High attention to detail with the ability to operate confidently in a fast‑paced environment
• Effective communicator with strong cross‑functional collaboration skills
