By joining our rapidly growing Business Transformation practice, you will serve as a trusted partner to our clients, bringing first-hand experience, unique perspectives, and functional knowledge to deliver tailored integrated solutions that help clients solve today’s challenges and set the foundation for future success.

As a Director, you will be a member of our leadership team, helping to create, develop, and build our presence in the West Coast market. You will guide Office of the CFO clients through Finance strategy, operating model design, and F&A operations, aligning performance improvement and technology initiatives with business goals, driving innovation, and achieving operational excellence. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of finance function and industry-leading practices.
