The Event Captain ensures the team delivers an elevated experience for events of all sizes and delivers on the Five Iron promise of Best‑in‑Class Events.

• Provide an elevated event experience for all events by leading on‑site execution, handling guest greetings, space preparation, issue resolution, and financial closing.
• Ensure positive customer experiences and successful delivery of contracted services.
• Manage simulators and event spaces invaded the contract requirements.
• Oversee event timelines to ensure organized and timely activities.
• Train and coordinate with staff in various roles to provide a premium event experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food meets customer expectations.
• Provide feedback to the Sales team to enhance return business.
• Purchase and manage event‑related inventory.
• Support Event Sales Manager with administrative tasks.
• Attend weekly meetings to review banquet event orders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create additional events and experiences.
• Contribute ideas for improving event experiences and increasing revenue.
• Take pride in ensuring guests’ enjoyment by actively checking in with them during the visit and promptly addressing any concerns.

• Prior experience in managing or coordinating events.
• Passion for golf and an understanding of the game’s rules are strongly encouraged.
