• Excellent communication in English and preferably one other local language
• Strong customer service experience and rapport with broad range of travelers
• Ability to manage trip budget and handle money
• Map reading skills and good sense of direction

• Willingness to work flexible hours according to group needs
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates recommended
