idE is seeking a Structural CAD/BIM Technician/Revit Modeler with 5 years of experience to join our downtown Seattle office. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects—from high-rise and multi-family to aviation, industrial, and municipal structures—while collaborating closely with a team of dedicated engineers.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and efficient drafter/modeler who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys contributing to projects that shape our communities.

• Produce accurate structural drawings and Revit models across a range of project types and materials.
• Provide Autodesk Construction Cloud/Revit model coordination including project setup, linking other discipline Revit models, publishing models, setting member permissions, and other project administrator responsibilities.
• Support project teams through all design phases, from conceptual design to construction administration.
• Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
• Learn and comply with a variety of client CAD standards.

• 2-year degree in architectural or civil engineering (or equivalent experience).
• 1 year of experience as a structural drafter using AutoCAD.
• 5 years of experience as an Autodesk Revit modeler
• Proficient use of Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects.
• Willingness to learn and expand Building Information Modeling (BIM) expertise.
• Clear communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to professional growth.
