Plumbing Designer​/Engineer

Established in 2023 in Seattle, WA, Delta E is an MEP engineering and design consulting firm built on a clear vision to form collaborative partnerships with building owners and design and construction teams that go beyond traditional consulting boundaries. You will be joining a team of seasoned industry professionals and contributing to a business with an established foundation and a strong trajectory. This role is well suited for design professionals who enjoy project and task ownership and enjoy problem-solving beyond a narrow job description. With seven separate services in-house (MEP engineering, Lighting Design, Sustainability and Energy Consulting, and Commissioning), integrative design practices is required at Delta

Note, for folks in the “Designer” role without FE/PE licensing would be the lower end of the pay range ($90-110k), while folks qualifying for an “Engineer” role would be towards the upper end of the pay range ($100-125k)

We are seeking a dynamic Mid to Senior level Plumbing Designer or Engineer to join our team. This role is vital in driving our project success across a range of sectors, including high-rise and mid-rise multifamily, affordable housing, commercial office, and retail TIs. You will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in electrical design to create effective and sustainable solutions, with a focus on integrating energy-efficient designs and ensuring compliance with local codes and policies.

• Support plumbing design for various project types and deliver projects across multiple delivery models, including design/bid/build, design assist, and design build.
