We are seeking a talented and motivated Structural Engineer to perform on-site evaluations of residential and commercial structures, lead design efforts, and oversee construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed structural designs using AutoCAD 3D, ensuring client requirements, safety standards, and environmental sustainability are met.
- Conduct on-site investigations to gather critical data for planning and design, including erosion control and environmental impact assessments.
- Oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications, timelines, and budgets.
- Work closely with architects, surveyors, contractors, and other professionals to deliver successful projects.
- Prepare clear and concise reports, designs, and drawings, translating complex engineering concepts for clients and stakeholders.
- Create detailed designs for drainage, shoring, and other site development elements.
- Stay updated on the latest engineering trends and innovations, applying new knowledge to enhance project outcomes.
- Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) or a related field. - Experience: 2+ years of experience in structural or civil engineering.
- Licensure:
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) license required. - Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of stormwater design, grading, utility layouts, and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D. - Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to work in a collaborative environment. - Mobility:
Valid driver's license for site visits and project-related travel.
