💡 This role is designed for an experienced telecom professional who can bridge deep Packet Core expertise with disciplined project management execution. As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead the architecture, deployment, and delivery of EPC/5GC solutions for Nokia customers, ensuring seamless execution across every project milestone.

📜 As the Technical Project Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of Nokia’s EPC and 5G Core implementations across customer environments. You will partner closely with engineering teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to drive technical discussions, validate solution architecture, and coordinate deliverables for successful deployment. This role involves managing project timelines, risks, and documentation while ensuring alignment with customer expectations and Nokia’s delivery standards.

You will play a critical leadership role in guiding Packet Core deployment efforts, from initial planning to project closure and handover.

• Manage EPC/5GC Packet Core solution architecture and customer deployments
• Maintain and track project plans with clear milestones and timelines
• Lead technical discussions with customers, architects, and internal teams
• Oversee all technical deliverables and acceptance processes
• Manage scope, schedule, quality, and stakeholder communications
• Drive resolution of Claims/Changes/Risks (CCR)
• Identify, track, and mitigate potential project risks
• Maintain all project documentation using Share Point
• Lead final handover and project closure activities

• Strong, hands‑on knowledge of EPC & 5GC Packet Core technologies
• Deep understanding of core components: MME, SGW, PGW, HSS, PCRF, AMF, SMF, UPF
• Experience working with Nokia PACO (CMM/CMG)
• Proven background in telecom project management
• Expertise in milestone planning & Microsoft Project (MPP) creation
• Ability to lead customer‑facing technical and project discussions
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Previous experience delivering large‑scale Packet Core or 5G Core programs
• Nokia project experience preferred
• Telecom vendor or operator background (EPC/5GC)
• PMP, Prince2, or Agile‑related certifications
• Familiarity with cloud‑native 5G Core architectures
