Responsibilities- Perform Regulated Building Materials Surveys and Inspections
- Perform sample collection of Hazardous Building Materials
- Perform electronic project field notes and sampling summaries for daily work conducted
- Perform Lead‑Based paint inspection/Risk Assessment
- Abatement Oversight/Compliance
- Perform Indoor Air Monitoring and Industrial Hygiene services
- Obtain and maintain applicable certifications and licenses
- Represent Pac Rim in a professional manner
- Preferred prior experience in Construction, Maintenance, Abatement, or Demolition
- Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible or extra hours when needed
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
- Pass a Fit Test for proper respirator fitting
- AHERA Building Inspector certification
- NIOSH 582 certification
- WA DOC Lead Inspector/Risk Assessor certification
- OSHA 30 certification
Full Time;
Schedule:
Monday – Friday (Potential for weekend shifts). 8–Hour shifts (times may vary depending on the specific project).
Job Location:
Varies (Greater Puget Sound Area).
$42,000 – $55,000 per year (salary may vary based on location and experience).
