Geotechnical Design Engineer - Seattle, WA

Looking to work with a leader in complex deep foundations, ground improvement, and geotechnical construction - we are seeking a Geotechnical Design Engineer to join our Seattle team. This is a unique opportunity for an engineer with strong fundamentals and at minimum 2+ years of experience who wants to take on challenging design work while being mentored by senior and principal engineers.

• Perform geotechnical analyses for deep foundations, shoring, and ground improvement.
• Develop design calculations, memos, and engineering drawings.
• Interpret geotechnical data and support development of investigation programs.
• Work with senior staff on major projects across the Pacific Northwest.
• Collaborate with construction teams to ensure successful design implementation.

• Master s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering required.
• 2+ years of geotechnical or geostructural engineering experience.
• Strong grasp of soil mechanics and geotechnical design principles.
• Experience with industry-standard analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• PhD in geotechnical engineering is a significant advantage.
