Role OverviewWe’re hiring a Product Development Engineer to design, develop, and release innovative training products from concept through production. This role combines creative 3D design, rapid prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-performance, manufacturable products.
What You’ll Do- Design parts and assemblies in Solid Works
- Sculpt organic geometries in ZBrush
- Prototype using 3D printing, RTV casting, and rapid fabrication
- Generate drawings, GD&T, BOMs, and release documentation
- Prepare designs for production, tooling, and manufacturing
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Clinical SMEs
- Support product testing, validation, and first production runs
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Biomedical, Industrial Design, or related field
- Experience with plastics, molds, and DFM
- Hands-on prototyping experience
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- 3D scanning experience
- Direct impact on real-world medical training
