The description outlines roles at all experience levels and includes responsibilities such as:
- Contribute to structural design and analysis for projects across wood, steel, masonry, and concrete.
- Collaborate with project teams and interact with clients on day-to-day needs.
- Apply strong fundamentals and sound judgment to solve complex engineering challenges.
- PE License (Preferred for Project Engineers and Project Managers).
- Meticulous attention to detail with demonstrated analytic, problem-solving, and three-dimensional conceptual skills.
- Excellent command of the English language with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Salary is presented as a range; actual compensation will be based on factors including experience, skills, technical ability, and performance.
- Project Manager: $97,000 – $110,000
Salary is one component of SSF’s total compensation package, which includes discretionary bonuses based on company profitability and individual performance, plus additional wages for extra time and effort above set goals. Benefits include:
