Experience:
Minimum 3 Years
- Assist in daily operations, troubleshooting, monitoring and support of existing VMware and Hyper-V cloud environments.
- Assist in the planning, testing and implementation of VMware to Hyper-V migration.
- Assist with all activities around the migration of workloads running on VMware to Hyper-V, including planning, testing, implementation and execution of the virtualization workload migration project.
- Provide support for any issues that arise with the existing VMware infrastructure.
- VMware experienced (ESX 5.5, vSphere, VCOPS)
- Basic Hyper-V familiarity (Existing team will provide Hyper-V training if required)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange Server a plus
- Basic networking skills
- Operational experience working in IT infrastructure
- Experience providing IT support
