As part of a small, hardworking, and accomplished team of specialists, you will be responsible for translating engineering intent, drawings, and configurations into additively manufactured metallic flight hardware. This involves educating engineers/designers on design for additive manufacturing, creation of the print model, owning the manufacturing process, tracking work orders, addressing manufacturing issues, and continuing to work improvements. You will work closely with operators, quality technicians and engineering counterparts to support the processing of complex rocket engine and rocket components (i.e. thrust chambers, injectors, turbo pumps, etc).
As an integral member of the team, you will use data to drive process improvements, relay design improvements to engineering, and in general serve as a direct feedback loop between design and fabrication.
