Candidates are matched with an appropriate engineering team based on skill set, experience, and current business needs. - New Graduate Rotation Program: A one‑year development program that provides hands‑on experience and mentorship across New Shepard, New Glenn, Blue Engines, Lunar Permanence, In‑Space Systems, Advanced Concepts, Enterprise Engineering, and Operations.

- Design, analyze, and test mechanical systems, propulsion systems, and structures, integrating materials and processes, manufacturing, test, operations, and systems engineering.
- Participate in the entire design cycle: requirements derivation, conceptual and detailed design, system performance modeling, structural analysis, manufacturing and integration support, development testing, and qualification.
- Assemble and test development and flight hardware, including planning, execution, data reduction, and analysis.
- Identify and implement design changes to improve reliability and reduce operational cost.
- Perform duties subject to our business unit objectives.
- BS degree in mechanical, aerospace, or related engineering.
- Graduated within the last year with a start date of Fall 2026.
- Basic understanding of design fundamentals, material selection, interface definition, and environmental considerations.
- Basic proficiency in 3D CAD (Creo Pro/E preferred) and in strength and mechanics of materials.
- Basic proficiency in structural analysis and finite element analysis (ANSYS preferred).
- Relevant internship or co‑op experience demonstrating technical skill and leadership.
- Adept at building trust, maintaining positive professional relationships, and strengthening an inclusive culture.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team on rapid development programs.
- Flexible and adaptable mindset.
- Self‑driven initiative to seek requirements with minimal guidance.
- MS degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering.
- Experience with flight control actuators, deployable devices, hydraulic systems, separation systems, or similar mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of aerospace materials, surface treatments, and fasteners.
- Experience with GD&T (ASME Y14.5).
- Hands‑on experience with machining, building, and maintaining pressurized or mechanical systems.
- Mechanical component testing experience.
- Test instrumentation and data‑acquisition experience.
- Understanding of fatigue and damage tolerance fundamentals.
Highlight internship, co‑curricular, and research experience in your resume, along with any relevant programming languages. Include coursework or projects that demonstrate readiness for the role.
