Senior Electrical Engineer – Consulting Firm (Seattle, WA | Hybrid)

Approx. $95K–$129K + bonus potential

An established, multidisciplinary consulting firm in the Seattle area is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer with strong building-systems experience to join their team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands‑on design, project coordination, and mentoring junior engineers, and who wants to work closely with mechanical and other disciplines on diverse commercial and light industrial projects.

Lead and support electrical design for commercial and light industrial facilities (power, lighting, communications, and life‑safety systems).

Collaborate daily with mechanical and other internal teams to deliver fully coordinated building systems.

Mentor junior staff and help shape standards, workflows, and best practices within the electrical group.

~7–12 years of experience in electrical design for buildings (commercial/light industrial).

Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering; PE license strongly preferred.

Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and typical engineering tools (e.g., Bluebeam, MS Office).

Solid understanding of NEC and applicable codes, plus comfort interacting with clients, contractors, and utilities.

Hybrid schedule with minimal travel.
