Product Function Engineer

Develop and validate innovative technical solutions to fulfill consumer or product function requirements. You will be working in a team in close cooperation with Marketing, the Product Development team and the Product Researchers.

• A minimum of a BS degree in one of the following fields: software/electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in the field of early product development or new product development
• Experience in User Experience Design, Human Factors, or Embedded systems is desirable
• Experience with Design for Six Sigma is a plus
• Experience with medical devices
• Must be creative and analytical, and a team player with excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Familiar with state-of-the-art development and analysis techniques;
• Passion for (complex) technical puzzles, always working towards thorough understanding and knowledge build-up by determining theoretical or empirical modeling they’re working;
• Quality driven
• Pro-active and persistent in achieving goals and cross-functional improvements
