** Datalink Support Specialist
** works with the Flight Deck Services team to quickly and efficiently set up services and handle training for new and existing business aviation customers.  

The right candidate is detail-oriented and a root cause problem solver.

COME ON BOARD THE GOGO FLIGHT DECK SERVICES TEAM!
* Initiate contact with new customers for service setup, training, and aircraft configuration
* Provide service and troubleshooting for various Avionics equipment
* Communicate regularly (telephone, email, in-person) with existing customers regarding service enhancements, training & changes
* Create & maintain user guides
* Support sales team with customer opportunities
** Qualifications
* ** Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
* 2-4 years’ experience in
** Aviation** (
** FBO**,
** flight department**,
** airline**, or other aviation-related business)* **~10% travel required
**** Required Skills, Talents, & Experience
*** Proven strong
** customer service
** and
** analytical
* * skills* Ability to work independently and be flexible in a rapidly changing environment

**** Base Pay**:80,000. USD Annual
** Target Annual Short-Term Incentive**:

Bonus Plan at 5% (% of Annualized Base Pay)
