Compensation: $50 USD/hour ($100,000 USD/year) paid weekly. Health benefits begin on day one. Relocation assistance provided.
What You Will Be Doing- Build trust with K‑2 students through mentorship and cultivate a mindset without limits
- Leverage AI‑powered adaptive learning platforms to customize educational journeys
- Create and facilitate workshops focused on essential life skills—public speaking, goal‑setting, teamwork—to prepare students for long‑term achievement
- Cultivate an environment centered on curiosity, aspiration, and continuous development
- Support students in recognizing their unique strengths and passions
- Delivering instruction in core academic subjects or grading student work
- Available to work on‑site at one of the listed locations
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience engaging with children ages 4–8 in educational settings, after school programs, coaching roles, or comparable contexts
- Proven public‑speaking capabilities with the ability to captivate and energize young learners
- Genuine passion for connecting with, inspiring, and motivating students in grades K‑2
- Authorization to work legally in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
- Willingness to participate in a paid training program held at our Austin, TX campus

Working with usThis is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The role is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. Compensation is $50 USD/hour, equating to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. Payment is made weekly. Consult Crossover help page for more details.
