** About the Role*
* This is an exciting opportunity to dive deep into digital marketing, specifically focusing on the power of email to engage and retain a vast customer base. You will be a key player in developing and executing sophisticated email marketing strategies, from building automated programs to optimizing campaigns through rigorous testing. Your work will directly contribute to achieving ambitious business goals, ensuring customers receive timely, relevant, and compelling communications that drive action and loyalty.

** What You'll Do*
* * Grow and optimize the email channel to meet and exceed customer engagement and sales objectives.

* Lead the creation and implementation of innovative automated email programs that scale effectively.

* Design and launch impactful email campaigns, coupled with strategic traffic-driving efforts.

* Develop and manage robust A/B and Multivariate (MVT) testing frameworks to continuously optimize for sales performance and product sell-through.

* Provide insightful reporting on progress against key performance indicators and email metrics to senior leadership.

* Collaborate on the development of the strategic vision and long-term roadmap for email and CRM initiatives.

* Oversee creative asset production in close partnership with a dedicated design team.

* Perform content editing (XML, HTML) and publishing within the content management system (CMS).

** What You'll Bring*

* ** Advanced MS Excel:
** 1-2 years of experience leveraging Excel for data analysis and reporting.

* ** Digital Marketing:
** 2-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing strategies and execution.

* ** Email Marketing:
** 2-4 years of dedicated experience in email marketing, including campaign management and optimization.

* ** HTML & CSS:
** 1-2 years of experience with HTML and CSS for email development and content publishing.

* ** Marketo Certified Expert:
** 1-2 years of experience and certification in Marketo, demonstrating proficiency in marketing automation.
