ESC has an exciting opportunity for an analytical and execution-focused Digital Specialist to transform the our premier cloud‑computing client’s customer experience within the email channel. This role will architect and scale innovative, data‑driven email programs that support device unit attainment goals and deepen engagement with customers around the globe. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of email marketing by building automated lifecycle journeys, launching high‑impact campaigns, and leveraging experimentation frameworks to optimize performance s role blends strategy, hands‑on execution, and technical fluency (HTML/XML/CMS publishing) to deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities- Grow and scale the global email channel to support device unit attainment and sales goals.
- Build and execute traffic‑driving email campaigns aligned with product launches, promotions, and lifecycle touchpoints.
- Partner cross‑functionally with product, analytics, and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment on business objectives.
- Drive the creation and implementation of new automated email programs across onboarding, nurture, cross‑sell, and retention journeys.
- Identify opportunities to enhance lifecycle marketing through personalization, behavioral triggers, and segmentation strategies.
- Develop and manage robust A/B and multivariate testing (MVT) programs to optimize for sales, engagement, and unit sell‑through.
- Translate test results into actionable insights and scalable best practices.
- Continuously improve campaign performance through data‑driven iteration.
- Report on progress against goals and key email performance metrics (CTR, CVR, revenue per send, unsubscribe rate, deliverability, etc.).
- Present insights and performance updates to senior leadership with clear recommendations.
- Monitor global program performance and identify opportunities for efficiency and scale.
- Partner with a dedicated design team to produce compelling, on‑brand creative assets that drive engagement.
- Edit and publish content using XML and HTML within email templates and CMS platforms.
- Ensure flawless execution across devices, geographies, and email clients through QA and testing best practices.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, lifecycle marketing, or CRM.
- Hands‑on experience building and deploying email campaigns within enterprise marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience in A/B and multivariate testing.
- Proficiency in HTML and XML editing for email production.
- Experience publishing and managing content via CMS platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, global environment.
- Experience working with global or enterprise‑scale email programs.
- Familiarity with cloud services, or technology marketing.
- Knowledge of deliverability best practices and compliance requirements (CAN‑SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
- Experience supporting device or hardware sales channels.
