What You Will Be Doing- Conducting adaptive reading workshops for students aged 4‑7 that build foundational competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
- Creating personalized, motivational sessions that engage children and foster a lifelong passion for reading
- Reviewing student performance data to iteratively refine your methods and generate actionable insights
- Partnering with the technology team to assess and improve AI‑driven literacy tools
- Following pre‑scripted curricula or published scope‑and‑sequence materials
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate a passion for reading in young students
Basic Requirements- Bachelor’s degree
- Master’s degree or advanced certification in reading instruction (such as Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing small‑group reading interventions to early elementary learners
- Expertise in assessing reading levels, organising student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independently of pre‑written curricula
- Competent with AI and adaptive learning technologies and able to respond effectively to student interactions within these platforms
- Legal authorisation to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Availability to work on‑site at one of our locations:

Working with usThis is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position.
