Master’s degree in reading instruction OR advanced certification such as Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, or equivalent.

• Conducting adaptive reading workshops for students aged 4‑7 that build foundational competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
• Creating personalized, motivational sessions that engage children and foster a lifelong passion for reading
• Reviewing student performance data to iteratively refine your methods and generate actionable insights
• Partnering with the technology team to assess and improve AI‑driven literacy tools

• Following pre‑scripted curricula or published scope‑and‑sequence materials

Cultivate a passion for reading in young students

• Bachelor’s degree
• Master’s degree or advanced certification in reading instruction (such as Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing small‑group reading interventions to early elementary learners
• Expertise in assessing reading levels, organising student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independently of pre‑written curricula
• Competent with AI and adaptive learning technologies and able to respond effectively to student interactions within these platforms
• Legal authorisation to work in the United States without sponsorship

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
