We are seeking a Marketing Campaign Operations Specialist to support day-to-day execution of performance marketing campaigns while long-term automation solutions are being developed. This is a temporary, execution-focused role responsible for handling manual, repeatable operational tasks across campaign setup, testing, trafficking, quality assurance, and reporting.
This role partners closely with Senior Marketing Managers, Finance, Creative, and Analytics to ensure campaigns are launched accurately, optimizations are applied as directed, and performance data is reliable and consistently reported.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, comfortable working in fast-paced marketing environments, and experienced in executing within established processes.
Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution & Setup- Set up and launch marketing campaigns across designated channels and platforms based on provided strategy and direction
- Execute A/B and multivariate test setups, ensuring correct structure, naming conventions, and tracking
- Implement bid and budget changes as directed by Finance and Senior Marketing stakeholders
- Traffic ads and creative assets accurately, ensuring correct formats, specs, targeting, and flighting
- Coordinate with Creative and Marketing teams to ensure assets are correctly implemented and updated
- Maintain clean and consistent campaign and creative organization within platforms
- Perform consistent pre-launch and post-launch QA to verify:
- Correct targeting, budgets, bids, and pacing
- Accurate creative rotation and test setups
- Proper tracking, naming conventions, and measurement inputs
- Identify and flag discrepancies or errors promptly, escalating issues as needed
- Pull and maintain regular performance reports using established templates and dashboards
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms and reports
- Support ad-hoc reporting and documentation needs for marketing and finance partners
- Follow established operating procedures and workflows
- Document recurring tasks, edge cases, and manual steps to support future automation efforts
- Provide feedback on operational inefficiencies and areas suitable for automation
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, and performance marketing support
- Hands‑on experience setting up and managing campaigns in major ad platforms (e.g., paid social/Meta, programmatic, You Tube)
- Strong attention to detail and comfort executing repeatable, process‑driven work
- Experience with QA processes and working within structured naming conventions and frameworks
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data validation
- Experience supporting A/B testing or experimentation frameworks
- Familiarity with marketing performance metrics and basic financial concepts (budgets, pacing, spend)
- Experience working in large‑scale or fast‑growing marketing organizations
- Comfort working alongside teams building automation or AI‑driven workflows
