Your role won't involve supervising 30 desks or executing district-mandated lesson plans. Instead, you'll coach compact groups of self‑motivated learners eager to accelerate their progress, explore concepts deeply, and take ownership of their educational journey. • Bachelor's degree from any discipline.
• Verified track record of exceptional achievement (such as top academic distinctions, D1/Olympic-level athletics, national-level competitions, etc.).
• 3 years of direct experience working with K–8 students in mentoring, coaching, or instructional settings.
• Excellent verbal communication and public presentation abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week) long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
