• Facilitating one-hour life skills sessions with K-2 learners, coaching them while reinforcing literacy concepts introduced by Reading Specialists

• Guiding emotional regulation, resilience, and problem-solving with a balance of clear structure and genuine warmth
• Monitoring student development and identifying concerns proactively, then adapting approaches in partnership with your team

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 3+ years of hands-on experience working with children ages 4–8 in educational settings, after school programs, coaching roles, or comparable contexts
• Engaging storyteller and dynamic presenter: capable of capturing and maintaining the focus of young children in group settings
• Capable of maintaining elevated standards for both yourself and your students, while motivating children to achieve their objectives
• Growth-oriented mindset and receptiveness to coaching
• Authorized to work legally in the US without requiring sponsorship

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
