- Monitoring student development and identifying concerns proactively, then adapting approaches in partnership with your team
- Building a classroom environment that is structured, joyful, and deeply individualized

- 3+ years of hands-on experience working with children ages 4–8 in educational settings, after school programs, coaching roles, or comparable contexts
- Engaging storyteller and dynamic presenter: capable of capturing and maintaining the focus of young children in group settings
- Capable of maintaining elevated standards for both yourself and your students, while motivating children to achieve their objectives
- Growth-oriented mindset and receptiveness to coaching
- Authorized to work legally in the US without requiring sponsorship

Working with UsThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.
