We would love to learn more about you if…

You are an Early Childhood credentialed MACTE Montessori educator interested in joining our community as a substitute, with the possibility of moving into a full-time role in the fall.

You seek to bring your passion and talents to an authentic, accredited Montessori program, serving a diverse, inclusive population of students from infants through sixth grade.

You aspire to be a part of a collaborative professional staff that values your individuality, kindness, compassion, and creativity.

You demonstrate a collaborative and can-do approach to work in a community that has systems in place to support open communication and feedback.

You are dedicated to life-long learning and eager to work for an organization that is too.

You would enjoy working immersed in nature on a 5-acre campus, which includes gardens, farm animals, and protected wetlands.

Montessori Children's House offers employees benefits that include…

Competitive compensation. The salary ranges from $25 to $40 per hour, depending on education and experience.

Tuition discount of 50% for the first dependent and 25% for each additional dependent enrolled at MCH.

Paid membership in the American Montessori Society for all lead teachers and leadership roles.

A long-standing tradition of supporting professional development, including onsite training events, and annual support for the annual AMS conference.
