Educator Pay Range: $20-$22 per hour (based on education and experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday Split Shift; must be available all 5 days for both shifts each day.

Shift Times: Before School Shift: 6:30am-9:15am;
After School Shift: 3:15pm-6pm (Friday 1:45pm-6pm). Actual schedule will be based off needs of the programs.

Right At School provides local school districts with before- and after-school extended day programs focused on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment dedicated to the success of all students.

• Daily Program Meetings:
  Review goals and updates, share ideas, discuss professional progress, encourage collaboration, and maintain team accountability.
• Organize and Facilitate Daily
  
  Activities:
  
  Prepare activities and curriculum that align with the program’s objectives; lead structured, educational, and enjoyable sessions for all ages.
• Leading by Example:
  Maintain a safe and nurturing environment, ensuring children enjoy themselves while meeting program goals through positive guidance and effective classroom management.
• Prioritize Safety and Joy:
  Monitor the environment, address potential hazards, and follow all safety protocols. Document attendance, incidents, and other observations as required.
• Communication:
  Engage effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.

• Outstanding customer service and relationship‑building skills
• Works well in a team environment
• Ability to lift 25lbs
• Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed
• Ability to meet state‑specific requirements
• First Aid and CPR (in‑person)
• Cleared tuberculosis test
• Proof of MMR
• 18+ years of age
• Proof of High School diploma/GED required
