• Participate actively in school‑wide initiatives, faith experiences, assemblies, and community events.
• Maintain accurate records, lesson plans, and student documentation.
• Support school culture by modeling professionalism, collaboration, and positivity.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Washington State teaching certification or ability to obtain.
• Commitment to Catholic education and willingness to support the mission of Holy Family School.
• Practicing Catholic preferred (or strong respect for Catholic teachings and values).
• Strong classroom management and instructional skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with upper elementary instruction preferred.

Salary Range: $45,000 - $75,000. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, salary ranges, market data, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, degrees, and certifications.
