You’ll combine top‑tier coaching expertise with high‑energy facilitation, transforming workshops, metrics‑focused rallies, and precise feedback into powerful development experiences. If you’ve broken records, turned struggling performers into high achievers, or simply won’t settle for mediocrity, we want you creating excellence alongside us.
Why Alpha?- Competitive compensation for high‑cost markets – elevated pay compared to standard guide positions to reflect metro living expenses

- Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides to elevate student participation and outcomes
- Directly coaching a small student cohort, demonstrating expert motivation and mentorship techniques
- Developing lesson plans – your Guides support students through adaptive apps; your priority is training them to be outstanding motivators
- Compromising on standards – when our success threshold is 100%, your role is to uphold that expectation
- Running dull training sessions – you'll develop Guides through dynamic, high‑energy, experiential learning
