You'll design adaptive workshop experiences, interpret live student performance data, and partner with engineers to create literacy platforms that extend your influence to hundreds of learners.
This position integrates direct student instruction with forward-thinking program design, allowing you to elevate individual readers while constructing a framework that expands foundational literacy across multiple school sites.

What You Will Be Doing- Conducting adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
- Creating individualized motivational experiences that engage students and foster a lasting passion for reading
- Reviewing student performance metrics to iteratively improve instructional methods and identify actionable trends
- Working alongside the technology team to assess and refine AI-powered literacy solutions
- Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of experience providing small-group reading interventions to early elementary students
- Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-packaged curricula
- Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and adept at responding to student interaction patterns
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship

Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
