Current Clinic Medical Director Opportunity in Everett, WA!

Position Snapshot

Contract Type:  Permanent, Full-Time

Schedule:

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Call:  None

Patients:  All ages

Setting:  Outpatient Occupational Medicine + Urgent Care

Start Date:

ASAP

Pace:  Steady workflow, strong support staff, modern clinical environment

You’ll spend the majority of your time providing care — the rest leading your center’s clinical excellence.

Core Responsibilities   Clinical Care (Primary Focus)

Evaluate and treat work-related injuries and urgent care needs

Perform minor procedures (suturing, wound care, injections, splinting)

Order/interpret X-rays, labs, and diagnostic testing

Deliver evidence-based occupational and urgent care

Clinical Leadership

Lead and mentor NPs/PAs

Maintain clinical quality and patient safety

Partner with Center Director on operational goals

Engage with local employers and community partners

Support staffing, workflow, and team development

Serve as the face of clinical excellence within the center

Candidate Requirements

Active & unrestricted  Washington medical license + DEA

Board Certified or Eligible (ABMS or AOA)

Eligible for Medicare Participation

FMCSA NRCME (or willingness to obtain — training provided)

Background in FM, IM, EM, UC, or Occupational Medicine

Leadership experience a plus (but not required!)
