Overview
The Swedish Cancer Institute is seeking full-time Hematology-Oncology advanced practice providers to join our group. In this role, you will work with a diverse team of Oncology professionals, seeing patients with malignant hematology diagnoses including lymphoma, leukemia (acute, chronic and post allogeneic transplant), and multiple myeloma, as well as classical hematology diagnoses. You will work in a team environment that includes social work, cellular therapy coordinators, Pharm Ds, MDs and APCs.
You will have significant autonomy, with strong physician support.
Physicians within this FACT accredited hematologic malignancy program focus on patients with blood cancers as well as classical hematology. Our team provides cellular therapies including autologous stem cell transplant, CAR T cell therapy, BiTE therapy, and investigational cell therapies. Swedish is a leading site in the Pacific NW and the US for early phase clinical trials in hematologic diseases. Our clinic participates in a wide range of clinical studies phases 1-3.

- Outpatient Nurse Practitioner or PA in dedicated hematologic malignancies/cellular therapy clinic
- 4 clinic days per week (option for additionally compensated inpatient hematology/oncology weekend shifts, but weekends not mandatory)
- Care for patients in hematologic malignancies (Myeloma, Lymphoma, Cell therapy, Leukemias, MDS) with emphasis on those with prior or ongoing cellular therapies; classical hematology experience is a plus
- Perform procedures including bone marrow biopsy and lumbar punctures, with and without intrathecal chemotherapy administration
- Care for patients on clinical trials
- Participate in a compensation model with annual bonus opportunities
- Yearly CME allowance and generous paid time off
- 2 to 5 years of experience preferred, with prioritization of those with experience in hematologic malignancies (myeloma, lymphoma, cell therapy, leukemias, MDS). Classical (benign) hematology experience is a plus.
- Authorized to perform procedures such as bone marrow biopsy and lumbar punctures
- Compensation between $138,253 and $188,565 with an additional quarterly metric bonus opportunity of up to $10,000 per year
- Yearly CME allowance
