You have a career. Now live your life, too.
At Ambulatory Anesthesia Care – Pacific Northwest (AAC-PNW), we provide office-based general anesthesia for adult dental patients, along with adult anesthesia services across GI, ENT, gynecology/fertility, and plastic surgery settings.
We are seeking an MD Anesthesiologist who is comfortable practicing in adult dental and/or adult multi‑specialty office‑based environments
, including GI, ENT, gyne/fertility, and plastics. This opportunity is ideal for someone who values clinical variety, autonomy, and quality of life
, while also being open to growing alongside a developing market.
This role is intentionally designed as a PRN, relationship‑driven opportunity
, with a strong emphasis on talent mapping and long‑term partnership
. Our goal is to connect with the right anesthesiologist — someone who may be interested in helping us thoughtfully build and expand multi‑specialty services over time. For the right individual, there is meaningful upside to evolve into a clinical leader and trusted partner supporting future business development and regional growth.
Our patients are healthy, office‑based dental patients (primarily ASA I), with short procedures and efficient recoveries. Many of our dental offices start early, which means most days wrap by 1–2 PM
, giving you the flexibility to attend after‑school activities, schedule personal appointments, or simply enjoy more life outside of work.
Diverse case mix across adult dental and specialty office‑based anesthesia
Flexible PRN schedules — you choose how much and when you work
Supportive clinical and operational teams
One location per day
, typically within 60 minutes of home
Opportunity to grow with the practice
, including leadership and expansion support for the right fit
Sign‑on and referral incentives available (including for OR/WA licensed anesthesiologists)
If you’re looking to be more than a number
, more engaged in patient care, and part of a model that supports both excellent medicine and real life balance
, AAC‑PNW may be your next professional home!
