Pediatric Dental Anesthesiologist - Washington State | Up to $650K | No Call, No Weekends
Join an elite all-physician anesthesia group delivering specialized pediatric dental anesthesia across four premier Puget Sound locations:
Tacoma, Olympia, Seattle, and Bellevue. We're seeking two Board-Certified/Eligible Anesthesiologists who are passionate about pediatric care and value autonomy, exceptional compensation, and true work-life balance.
Focus exclusively on pediatric dental and oral surgery cases in state-of-the-art, child-friendly office settings. You'll provide general anesthesia and sedation for healthy pediatric patients undergoing restorations, extractions, and comprehensive dental treatments. Work independently with a dedicated nurse while collaborating with experienced pediatric dentists and dedicated support teams.
This predictable Monday-Friday position features approximately 6-7 clinical hours daily with scheduled travel between clinic locations, adding variety to your routine. Enjoy complete freedom from nights, weekends, holidays, and call responsibilities while making a meaningful difference in young patients' lives.
Compensation & Schedule Flexibility- Per-Case Rate: $450 per case (1099 contractor)
- Daily Earnings: $2,500-$2,700 average (typically 6-9 cases daily)
- Annual Earning Potential:
Up to $650,000 - Complete Schedule Control:
Choose 1-5 days per week to match your lifestyle- 1 day/week: ~$120,000-$130,000 annually
- 3 days/week: ~$360,000-$390,000 annually
- 5 days/week: ~$600,000-$650,000 annually

- Deliver safe, customized general anesthesia and sedation for pediatric patients
- Perform comprehensive pre-anesthetic assessments and intraoperative monitoring
- Ensure exceptional patient safety standards and family-centered care
- Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary dental teams
- MD/DO with ACGME-accredited anesthesiology residency completion
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
- Washington State medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Current ACLS and PALS certifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for pediatric populations
- New graduates strongly encouraged to apply
