We are currently seeking a full-time Optometrist to join our collaborative MD/OD team in Washington State.

This role is ideal for an optometrist who enjoys medical optometry and surgical co‑management
, particularly cataract and glaucoma care. You’ll work closely with ophthalmologists to provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care from diagnosis through post‑operative management.
- Conduct comprehensive medical eye exams and advanced diagnostics
- Provide pre‑ and post‑operative care for cataract and glaucoma patients
- Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, and long‑term eye health
- Co‑manage care with ophthalmologists in a team‑based model
- Maintain strong relationships with referring providers
- Complete, accurate, timely EMR documentation
- Participate in CE and training opportunities

- Active Washington State license (or ability to obtain)

Salary Range: $124,472 - $200,000
