• Design seamless, engaging user experiences for the Roundglass wellbeing app and web portal, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
• Lead end-to-end UX efforts, including user research, usability testing, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Identify opportunities to enhance user engagement and deliver intuitive and world class design solutions across multiple touchpoints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure UX consistency across platforms while adhering to accessibility standards.
• Demonstrate strong visual design skills with a solid understanding of motion design principles to create compelling and dynamic user interfaces.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and performance metrics to enhance engagement and retention.
• Contribute to and maintain the design system for scalable, reusable components.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of innovation and design excellence.

• 5+ years of UX design experience with a focus on consumer-facing mobile apps and web applications.
• Expertise in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, and familiarity with Material Design and responsive frameworks.
• Possess exceptional understanding of grid systems and typography, with a keen eye for detail to ensure pixel-perfect execution.
• Strong experience in user research, usability testing, and leveraging data to inform design.
• Working knowledge of mobile app and website, and ability to collaborate with developers.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong portfolio demonstrating impactful UX solutions and world-class visual design.
• Adaptability to dynamic environments and global team collaboration.

The anticipated salary range for this position is Compensation offered starts from $100,000 and will be determined by level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for a bonus incentive as part of a full salary package. In addition, Roundglass offers comprehensive benefits:
