Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid: 2 days in-office / 3 days remote)
Experience: 8-12 years

Position Overview
seeking a Project Architect to lead the technical delivery of complex projects from design development through construction administration. This role is ideal for an architect who is highly proficient in Revit, excels in coordination and documentation, and enjoys partnering with design leadership, consultants, and clients to produce clear, buildable, high-quality work.
Healthcare and/or civic experience is not required, but would strongly value candidates who have contributed to healthcare environments and/or civic/public-sector buildings.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the production of Revit-based drawing sets across project phases (DD → CD → permitting → CA).
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants (MEP/FP, structural, civil, specialty consultants) to ensure integrated documents.
- Translate design intent into accurate, code-compliant construction documents.
- Manage technical decisions, detailing strategies, and documentation standards to support quality and constructability.
- Support project planning: scope alignment, milestone schedules, deliverable planning, and internal coordination.
- Participate in permitting and agency coordination, responding to plan review comments and revisions.
- Provide construction administration support: RFIs, submittals, ASIs, site observations, and field issue resolution.
- Contribute to QA/QC processes and help mentor junior staff in documentation, Revit practices, and standards.
- 8-12 years of professional experience in architecture with substantial project documentation responsibility.
- Expert proficiency in Revit (model organization, documentation workflows, coordination practices).
- Strong knowledge of building systems coordination, detailing, and construction document production.
- Working understanding of applicable building codes and typical jurisdictional review processes.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across disciplines and stakeholders.
- Experience on healthcare projects and/or civic/public buildings.
- Licensed Architect (or actively pursuing licensure).
- Experience with CA on complex projects (tight schedules, multiple stakeholders, high documentation rigor).
Base Salary Range (Seattle market): $115,000 - $160,000 (DOE)
Work Schedule & Location
- Hybrid schedule: 2 days per week in-office (Seattle) and 3 days remote
- Collaboration-forward environment with in-person touchpoints for coordination, pin-ups, and key milestones.
