This role is ideal for someone interested in housing and residential work in Seattle, motivated to learn the nuances of local codes and permitting, and comfortable managing multiple tasks while organizing their workflow to meet deadlines.

While experience is valuable, curiosity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are even more important.
