About the Role

As a member of the Product and Engineering team at Pitch Book, you will join a group of passionate designers, engineers, and innovators focused on creating exceptional customer experiences for the private capital markets. We value curiosity, collaboration, and a drive for excellence—qualities that help us continuously improve how our customers discover, analyze, and act on data.

As the Product Designer II, Design Systems, you will support the maintenance, documentation, and ongoing improvement of the Pitch Book Product Design System. You will contribute to the accuracy, consistency, and usability of our Figma component libraries, ensuring designers and engineers have the tools they need to create cohesive, high-quality experiences across the Pitch Book platform.

You will work closely with the Senior Product Designer, Design Systems, and partner with the UI Kit engineering team to perform day-to-day updates, component refinements, audits, and documentation. You will also help streamline workflows, improve governance practices, and support system adoption across the design organization.

This role is essential to keeping the design system healthy, scalable, and well-maintained—enabling our teams to deliver exceptional experiences more efficiently.
